🌕 Full Moon in Scorpio - A Time to Release, Reflect, and Realign



This Friday’s Full Moon and the following days, brings a powerful invitation: to slow down, turn inward, and gently explore what’s been sitting beneath the surface.


Full Moons are often a point of culmination, a moment where emotions rise, clarity appears, and something asks to be acknowledged. This particular energy carries a deeper, more introspective tone. It encourages honesty with ourselves, emotional awareness, and, most importantly, the courage to let go.


🌊 The Essence of This Full Moon


You may notice feelings surfacing more strongly than usual. Thoughts, patterns, or situations that have been quietly building may now feel impossible to ignore. Rather than seeing this as overwhelming, we can reframe it as an opportunity:


  • To recognise what is no longer aligned

  • To release emotional weight we’ve been carrying

  • To create space for something more supportive and nourishing


There may also be a sense of internal tension, like being pulled between holding on and moving forward. If that arises, know that this is part of the process. Growth often asks us to loosen our grip on the familiar.


At the same time, there is a softer undercurrent available to us, one that supports compassion, connection, and emotional healing. You are not being asked to push through, but rather to soften, feel, and trust.

This Full Moon holds a dual message:


  • Release what feels heavy, outdated, or emotionally draining

  • Begin to lean toward what feels more peaceful, intuitive, and aligned

Creating space in the body and breath can help process what the mind and emotions are working through.


🌬️ Breathwork/Pranayama


Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana)

A balancing practice to calm the mind and regulate emotions. Ideal if things feel intense or unclear.


Extended Exhale Breathing

Inhale for a count of 4, exhale for 6–8.

This simple practice signals safety to the nervous system and supports letting go.

Focus on grounding, gentle release, and heart opening:


  • Child’s Pose (Balasana) — to soften and feel supported

  • Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana) — to release stored tension, especially in the hips

  • Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana) — to turn inward and reflect

  • Supine Twist (Supta Matsyendrasana) — to detox and reset

  • Camel Pose (Ustrasana) — to open the heart and invite emotional release


Move slowly and intuitively, allowing the body to guide you.

Take a quiet moment with your journal and explore:


  • What am I holding onto that I’m ready to release?

  • What truth have I been avoiding or overlooking?

  • Where in my life am I being asked to express myself more honestly?

  • What would trusting the process look like for me right now?

  • What does emotional freedom feel like in my body?
