About this course​​​
An unique 4 hour health course (over two 2-hr sessions) offering a powerful and necessary starting point for understanding and supporting your body through pelvic and transitional hormonal health and the Aviva Method.
The course will give you essential knowledge most women are never taught and a deep insight into your own bodies structure & systems so you develop a deeper, intuitive understanding of how your body functions and how you should exercise.
This is not your standard fitness program. By the end of this foundation course, you’ll have learnt the Aviva Methodology and fundamental practices and be ready to progress into regular fitness exercises tailored specifically to your own pelvic and hormonal needs. Each participant receives a comprehensive book (included) that you are guided through step-by-step, allowing you to follow along easily and practice at home too.
It’s the crucial first step toward long-term health and wellness, empowering you with knowledge and body awareness you can carry with you throughout every stage of life and your life. Any future sessions rely on this base knowledge to be truly transformational and deliver the long term strength and holistic health benefits.

Our small group exercise classes are supervised by Senior Physiotherapist Snjezana Skoric to ensure every movement is tailored to your specific clinical needs. This is the ideal environment for those managing chronic pain or returning from surgery who want more guidance than a standard gym class.

About Snjezana Skoric
Snjezana’s career spans nearly two decades of musculoskeletal, neurological, and women’s health rehabilitation. Known for her hands-on approach, she bridges the gap between traditional physiotherapy and holistic wellness. Having held senior roles in both private clinical and studio settings, she collaborates closely with GPs and specialists to ensure a 360-degree approach to patient health.
Snjezana holds a BSc in Physiotherapy and has completed extensive postgraduate training in myofascial release, osteopathic medicine, and the Aviva method for hormonal balance. She is passionate about empowering her patients through education and preventative movement strategies.
