Studio Coordinator / Receptionist Lead
Full time, shift hours, alt. weekends
We are seeking an organised and proactive Studio Coordinator to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll manage schedules, support instructors, and oversee smooth daily operations. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about wellness, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build community through client interaction, manage bookings and cancellations, maintain the client database, and provide administrative support to the Director.

Studio Coordination: Organise workshops, liaise with teachers, manage scheduling to optimise practitioner diaries, and maintain up-to-date class and event schedules on booking platforms.
-
Operations & Financials: Assist with purchasing, staff rotas, and team stats. Ensure therapists have necessary contracts and documents and coordinate coverage for leave.

Marketing: Create and execute marketing plans, including newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Scheduling & Procurement: Support schedule input, optimise diaries, manage bookings, and procure supplies while ensuring equipment is well-maintained.

Pilates Instructor
Flexible, part-time
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced mat Pilates instructor to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to cover classes as needed, with the potential to take on a regular schedule in the future. Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced, and we are looking for an instructor who can effectively tailor their teaching to meet the needs of each individual.​
Key Responsibilities:

Lead engaging classes for clients of all levels, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Adapt exercises and provide modifications to accommodate varying fitness levels and any physical limitations.

Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere, motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Maintain a strong understanding of Pilates principles and techniques, staying updated on the latest trends and best practices.

Provide clear and effective instruction, with a focus on proper form and alignment.
Qualifications:

Certified Mat Pilates Instructor with a recognised certification

Previous experience teaching Mat Pilates to a range of skill levels

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and Pilates principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional​

Barre Instructor

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, a deep understanding of barre techniques, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients of all fitness levels.
