How many times have you done the warrior poses in yoga classes but your may have forgotten what they do to our bodies?

For our Chakras, the warrior focuses on the middle 2 chakras. Your Prana breath wells up from your base to fill and open the sacral and solar Plexus chakras. Using the alignment of the chakras to focus prone upwards from the core.
