Genine Adam
Pilates
Genine's passion for Pilates has developed from a life long interest in exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle. She qualified 20 years ago in the Authentic Classical Pilates method in both mat and equipment training. Genine spent 6 years at the New York Pilates Studio in North London, the first authentic studio to open in the UK, where she taught many high profile clients. Her attention to detail and getting the best out of her clients was very well received. Following the birth of her first child, Genine developed a special interest in pre and post natal training. She sees Pilates as the definitive exercise technique, which can be adapted to suit individual needs, working the deep core muscles to correct posture, flattening the stomach, strengthening the back, assisting recovery after an injury and helping to re-balance the body after childbirth.
Genine takes her clients through custom programs built on the integrity of the classical technique, keeping them moving with the proper form to maximize the benefits from each session. Just as importantly, her exuberant personality and creativity keep sessions fun and fresh.

Natalie Cummings
Body Sculpting
Natalie has always loved yoga and hasn’t always been flexible. She is always practicing different drills and strengthening exercises to include in her sequences as well as deepening her own practice. She loves connecting with her students and encouraging them to their fullest and helping them to find balance on their mat as well as off their mat.
Many of Natalie’s students consider her as a ‘fun, active, bubbly, eccentric, full of life, positive, kind and quirky yoga teacher.”
If she's not teaching or practicing yoga, you’ll find her baking vegan cakes, or in Battersea Park hugging trees with her dog Rosie.

Maria Mikalsen
Mindful Flow
Maria has always had a passion for movement and worked as a professional dancer before becoming a yoga teacher. She trained at the Royal Swedish Ballet School in Stockholm and Central School of Ballet in London and after graduating went on tour around the UK with Northern Ballet Theatre.
After falling in love with the yoga practice and the effects it had both physically and mentally, she decided to do her teacher training with Shanti Power Yoga. A month after completing the course, she started teaching regular classes and discovered a new passion about teaching.
She believes that by encouraging her students to breathe and ease into the more challenging postures on the mat, they will learn how to breathe and ease into the more challenging off the mat.
